Telkom customer service

Telkom customer service is uaelesa. We logged a call on Friday re fibre not working. 3 days later Telkom can not give us an update when we wilp be connected again, algjough some neigbours were connecyed again. Telkom contractors left knowing our fibre is still not working. And Telkom would probably not even respond on this rating....they not even a 1 star rating worth.
