Telkom Customer Servce

Telkom Customer Care is a total joke. We have a Telkom box that was placed right next to a water pipe at the Northcliff Hills Complex. It is leaning against this water pipe and was probably the cause of the water pipe flooding a few properties a while ago. No-one in our complex has a landline and because I could not furnish any landline numbers, they do not come out and remove this box. The Customer Care Centre had the audacity to ask me to rate their service yet to date this Telkom box is still on site. Is this company for real??? Please remove or re-install the Telkom box to a more secure area.
