Telkom Customer Fixed Line Service Restoration Non-existent

La Lucia Sands Holiday Resort, a long-standing Telkom fixed line customer in KZN has, despite numerous attempts, been struggling to get their telephone connectivity restored for what is now more than FOUR months in the making (since October 2024).

The understanding is that their account is paid and up to date.

The customer indicated that a reference number has never been provided.

It is expected of Telkom to urgently investigate and ensure the service is restored expediently. To have a situation such as this remain unresolved for more four months is quite unacceptable.
