Telkom Customer Don't Care

The worst service ever. I had to call 5 times to log the fact that my wifi is not working and then the fault call was closed without fixing the problem. Now when canceling the contract I'm being told I have a 36month contract after being told it's a month to month contract. On the call the agent is so rude, after I asked her to escalate my query she asked me if I'm telling her how to do her job. Rude, unprofessional and not helpful at all :(
