Telkom Customer Care Unreachable

How can I get hold of Telkom for an account query? The online chat feature is out of order and gives an error message for months now. Emails are not responded to. Phone Calls are not answered by the call centre. Shop cannot help with account queries and refers you to call centre that is not operational. Please help!
