Telkom customer care SUCKS!

Hi.

I am extremely irritated by Telkom, I have never had any accounts or enquired anything from them before, however they have debited my account over a week ago. I have sent all the documents they requested in order to open a case and have not had any communication since. It is a nightmare to get hold of someone that can assist me. I want my money back and I want this off my name completely immediately. I am fed up with the level of service and that gives me even more reason not use their services in future now.
