Telkom customer care sucks!

Sipho Mulovhedzi at customer service is just another bad employee who promises to call people back or send them emils or follow up on their issues but then completely ignores the customer. Telkom has so many people working at their call centres that there is no accountability or follow up. I have phoned SO many times and I never come right. They simply ignore the problem.
