telkom customer care messing me around

ive sent nd called telkom since the beginning of this month. ive paid them for this month . an eft payment on the 22nd of September already. my data went off for October on the 4th. nd never received data since then yet. they penalizing me for not having money in my bank account. which i have cancelled there debit order since June already nd been making manual payments since then every month. june i got data from the 1st till the 9th. jully from the 1st till the 15th. August the 12th till end of month. September the whole month. now October the data went off on the 4th nd never gone back on. ive paid them for every month yet not got what ive paid for. am i in bridge of my contract or are they. ncos im not receiving what im paying for. must i pay for next month seeing i never got data for this month which was fully paid for. all bcos they still dwelling over a debit order i cancelled nd was said by a customer care person of telkom it was sorted nd i could do manual payments then. if they blacklist me for there incompetence for not paying this month . is it fair on me. my payment every month is R383 for 40gigs by 40 gigs. now they pulling on my debit order R528 every month for what , they themselves dont know. telling me they can see via reference no. my payments are up to date. yet im in arrears bcos of the debit order. telling me i have to pay 10 days then again 15 days before the end of the month for the money to reflect if i do manual payments or eft's. whereas in the store they say a debit order can be stopped nd payments using the reference no. can be done 7 days before the end of the month. telkoms customer care is very *********** nd dont know how to handle the clients or to rectify the mistakes from there side. please advise what should i do further because i dont seem to get answers or feedback from telkom nd my kids need wifi for there projects. or must i just go for another company that can supply me with services better than telkom .
