Telkom customer care is super useless

The people I contacted are super useless and ***********!! I get payment reminders for someone else .. I asked them 50 times already to remove my number, it's not me .. just to get the same message over and over! I think they failed the 30% tests (in grade 1) and now work with customers!!!
