Telkom customer care is *******- im fed up
<p>I got an LTE router from telkom and it worked fine, after relocating to a new house it stopped working because of signal. I called telkom 4 times trying to sort out the problem but i still got no help. I am on a contract and i keep paying for service that i am not getting. I urge anyone to think twice before they consider using telkom for anything because their helpdesk sucks big time.</p>

24 Aug 2016, 09:13This is the same answer i was given in all my calls i have made to Telkom call centre. Furthermore i have not recieved any feedback since your reply. Today is month end and i have to pay for something i havent used for the entire month. you are actually making matters worse by making more empty promises.
