Telkom Customer care is ****.

For the past three days I have been calling the Telkom customer care, just to get my line activated. After not getting help from any consultant, I had to speak to their Supervisors who claimed to have connected my line on two occasions, even today I am still disconnected, I cant make calls, no receive anything...The fact that they give me a turnaround time of 5 hours for connection but nothing is happening, and on top of that they have the nerve to hang up on me whenever I'm on hold. I'm so done with this network. having a contract with them is just hell.
