Telkom Customer Care bad service

I called the call centre to upgrade to an Iphone 7 as no Telkom store had stock anymore. Needless to say I completed the upgrade procedure twice with 2 consultants only to find out no phone arrived and they can see no application or order on my account. Frustrating because I want the Iphone 7 deal and nobody seems to be able to assist. Really bad service! #dissapointedCustomer
