TELKOM CUSTOMER CARE ARE PATHETIC !!!!!!!!!!

Telkom customer server over the phone is pathetic. I have phoned them and they said that they are off line i have to phone them later. a few days later i phone them and the more options they give you the less you get to the consultant.

so i have logged a fault on the app and yet they have not phoned me. i called the sales department to see if they can put me through and the lady in the accounts department said : drop the call and call back another person will call you, i have been calling 5 times and someone is declining my calls.

Telkom your people are pathetic.
