Telkom customer care agents they are ***********

I am here by lauching a complain about the customer relation that was offered by telkom customer care agents. i have waited and hold on the customer care line for more than 36 minutes but I did not get help.

first customer agent , he did not give the number which I am supposed to call to get this help with my issue.

second customer agent , he promised to send sms with the number that i should call to get help but he did not send too.

when I apply my contract , I did mentioned that I would like to keep my old telkom number and the said that I have to wait for device delivery, then telkom customer care service.

And i am not getting helped.
