TELKOM CUSTOMER CARE

By far the worst service provider ever! Everytime I tell myself I wont deal with them again , i give them another chance and they still end up being ****. You cannot speak to a customer care person , all their numbers redirect to telkom mobile self help and loops unrelated options. You walk into their shop , those people cant help too. I have a billing enquiry which needs to be attended too. I paid 3 times the same invoice this month and need assistance in sorting out a credit or refund etc
