Telkom customer: another one bites the dust

I'm one of Telkom's new customers, but sadly I'm very disappointed. I app**** online for the Huawei Mate 20 Pro Promotion that came with a Huawei watch worth R5499.

My application was approved, I received my device on the 3rd of April but until today I did not receive my watch. I took this contract because of the promo.

I phoned numerous times, where one person puts me through to another or give me a new number. I went to the Rustenburg telkom store where they said they can't help me because I did an online application.

Please help me to solve this or I will cancel this contract.
