Telkom custom service is pathetic!!

I’ve had the absolute worst experience. I’ve been trying to do a SIM swap for the past 3 months and the Telkom at Carnival Mall is constantly offline. I went to the Telkom at East Rand Mall in the beginning of February and I was told that I need proof of residence with my name and not my father’s. After I had acquired it I went to Carnival Mall for them to tell that I need my father to do a sim swap.
