Telkom cult... Very difficult to get out of a contract or cancel a service!

If I could give zero stars I would do that. Telkom's service is pathetic, sub par, actually non-existent. I have canceled my contract in April and am still being debited. I have requested to be contacted so many times to resolve this, but Lebo, the Facebook social media correspondent dodges every interaction. There is not a single person taking accountability for their pathetic service. I am called on numerous occasions to upgrade, take out a new product, but now that I need you to sort out my cancelation, there's no one. I have moved my internet due to you not covering my area at my new residence. I gave you the opportunity to install Vumatel, but your pathetic service again failed you, as after 3 weeks, nothing happened. I then was assisted by Mweb who was able to do it within 24HOURS! You guys are messing up my perfect credit record, as I now need to reverse debit orders. Why am I still being debited if I canceled my contract with you on the 23rd of April????

Absurd! I would never recommend you to anyone!
