Telkom, ****** of Telecommunication

Telkom is the worst ISP ever. I regret why I signed up with them. They're the mafia of telecommunications. I have been requesting for months that they need to change my bank details and they never did that and they keep billing me the extra R200,0 every month. I requested credit and they finally did on the 15th. They then sent me a link for a survey and I gave them a good rating only to find out two days later they took back the credit after the rating just to get a survey. How can an ISP step that low just to reap people's money and surveys like this?

I have so many tickets with them and the latest one is ***. People please runway from these ****** and ********* called Telkom, they will reap you off. Their call centers have the worst service ever and they do not even call their clients back, what ISP does this? Telkom is the worst ISP in the entire world that only cares about charging you for a service that they are not good at.
