Telkom crippled me financially

Every time I think about this situation, I cant help but get angry at how consumers are taken advantage of. I app**** for a telkom router deal in September 2020, the sim that came with router the was faulty so I had to wait for a new one. I kept calling Telkom sales (most of them are rude) repeatedly to request a new sim, which for all the calls I kept being told it was on its way. Fast forward November 2020, Telkom decides to debit me for the contract, which I was not activated and the sim which I had not received yet. This threw my finances way of because on top of paying for something that I didn't have I had to also buy data. So I decided to cancel, which is also proving to an ongoing nightmare.

In December I called and requested cancelation, I also open a case with them (***9), which was never resolved. In February 2021 I open a new case (***7), there is still no resolution. Worst of all I'm still being billed and also have to pay a cancelation fee.

Telkom agents I've spoken to: (some even refuse to give me their surnames) Thandiwe, Amanda Zulu, Zama Ndlovu, Xolile, Thulani, Sihle(from biling), Andiswa, Tshepiso Makhodi, Tsholo Mokgelo and Sipho Nkosi.... These are not even half of the people I have spoken to, to try and get assistance.

Emails I have Sent: *** (07/04/21) *** (23/02/21)

After crippling my financial situation for the past 6 months, when I call the only thing they say they can do is just escalate the matter. Horrible just horrible customer service.
