Telkom ********* and Telkom Mondo the worst of the worst.

<p>A lady phoned me and emailed me a phone for a contract,but I ended up without two contracts that i never agreed to.Secondly after numerous attempts to call them they customer service is a big mess no resolution.I went telkom shop in Cresta to returns two boxes of phone,Cresta manager phoned me to ask what was the problem i explained and they c;laimed telkom mondo is not part of them.I phoned telkom and was kept on the line fr two hours without any help at all.instead they hung up on me.The have been debiting me for two contracts i never took with them.Attempts to resolve have not come to this day.Telkom is running a *****ed business to the core very bad,infact ugly.</p>
