Telkom= *********?
I recently renewed my contract with Telkom. A little stupidity on my side. I should've cancelled. I was promised double the WI-FI Gigs for less money. I took the offer after repeating the offer back to the agent. HE CONFIRMED. I tried to reach them via their chat line and Facebook messenger. All they do is to ignore their customers. They're a big company so probably feel they can get away with de*****ing their customers. I'm in shock and don't know how to further deal with this.
