Telkom Cresta do not care

I went in to the Cresta branch to apply for a contract last week Tuesday/ Wednesday. The lady who assited me that day advised that the handset I app**** for was out of stock. Due to this she promised to call the following day to let me know of any feedback, and promised a 72 hour turnaround time for the handset.<br> I went in 3 days later as I had not received a call, only to be treated like absolute garbage by the same attendant. I decided to again wait until today before I went back to the Cresta branch - as I wanted to pick up my application documents - as I no longer want to deal with Telkom cresta. To my surprise my documents cannot be found (documents that contain sensitive information) and there is no resolve. Somehow I feel that the employees at the Cresta branch simply do not care, at all. All I want is my documents back so I can take my business elsewhere
