Telkom Cresta Disgusting service!!!!

Telkom i have just come from the cresta store and have never come across such pathetic and disgusting service ever!!! I have a fibre data and phone contract i took out at the cresta store and have been going from game to dion wired and various other shops looking for a new phone. As any normal human being who thinks logically would see that there is no point in me having that contract if i can not have a phone! Everyone has told me they do not have a phone that goes with the cable i have - i took pictures with. I then went to Telkom Cresta and tried to explain this to Zimkhita. Her whole attitude from the start was that i needed to go elsewhere. Apparently no faults can be logged, contracts cancelled or technicians called from the shop? I was told i must do it all online. To cut a long story short it ended up in a screaming match where Zimkhita is shouting and pointing her finger saying she will not help me!!!! Another gentleman overheard this and works at the milpark telkom. After actually listening to what i had to say instead of telling me it is not telkom's problem he got on the computer then phoned the technicians and they will be out today. How can someone with such a terrible attitude and zero desire to actually do any work even make manager? How can you justify someone being promoted to a manager who can not even understand what a customer is trying to say in plain english? How does a manager not have any solutions to customer problems other than do it online and go somewhere else???? How is a manager able to shout at customers and refuse to help???
