Telkom Cresta Bad Service

I've went in to Telkom cresta and spoke to a Jabulile, I did an application and was told to wait for feedback for 2 days , I've waited and emailed after the 2 days and was told to pay a deposit because I don't have credit , i was willing to pay and i was told to wait for reference number , we've been waiting and we went in that Saturday and the female told my wife they will phone the Monday and got nothing, we phoned telkom and found out my order was canceled and we are being ignored via email from jabulile at Telkom Cresta. I am fed up and will never go there again. We tried phoning the store multiple times and no answer. The service is really bad and advise people not to go there.
