Telkom Cresta are USELESS

11 days I started trying to port a mobile number to Telkom, and then to do a sim swop. I am yet to have a working sim, although every time I go to Cresta they tell me that it will be fine "by 19:00 tonight". Are all Telkom shops so useless or is it just Cresta?
