Telkom Credit vetting,PATHETIC!

I app**** for a mobile contract online recently and at that time Telkom was so prompt i received a call within an hour, answered all the questions, provided my bank details, date of deduction, delivery address etc...The lady asked me some personal questions regarding my expenses and income and told me i qualified for the package i wanted only to receive an sms later on saying my order has been declined during credit vetting....I've been declined for a R469 mobile contract, REALLY?? I have an excellent credit record and have never been declined.This is an absolute outrage, and quite frankly i'm beyond angry. I want this rectified immediately, as i do not see a reason i could be declined.
