Telkom Credit Vetting turn around time Poor

Signed up instore at the Bluff branch on Saturday the 02/12/2018. Application was sent to back office for credit vetting. Today is the 05/12/2018 and have not heard back from credit vetting dept. Apparently it takes 72 hours which is unacceptable!! This is my first time applying for a contract at Telkom and its not a very pleasant one
