Telkom Credit Vetting is #$%^ up my credit score!!

I have no idea why my order was declined and nobody at Telkom can assist as to where(what credit Bureau?) they received there info from. There is no way to follow up to try and rectify the issue, if any. All you get is a sorry sms! I have an existing data contract with Telkom and multiple contracts with Vodacom......what the hell!!
