TELKOM - Credit Ombud

Its unfortunate that Telkom doesnt have any available email addresses for me to send this too; I want written proof based on my past interactions with Telkom.

I recently did a credit report and to my surprise my previous telkom contract reflects as defaulted!!! I have proof on my debit orders that all went through.

I want this attended to urgently or I will have this matter taken to the Credit Ombud.
