Telkom Credit Defaults - Unreachable Unresponsive

If there was a below zero star rating, Telkom would get -infinity... After weeks and months of contacting Telkom regarding the default on my account and getting the assurance that a clearance letter will be issued to me lo and behold nothing and my credit is still affected by an account I never had. I've even emailed *** and still waiting for a response. I've been told that this has been escalated to the supervisor, and still nothing. I'll be going to the ombudsman hoping for a resolution, but then again this is the level of service we have come to accept. Time to lawyer up
