Telkom crashes once again

I needed a business solution for my office - 2 landlines, a fax line which also connects to the internet, and an internet solution linking my two desktops and other mobile devices. I discussed at length with Leigham Dominique Awvince at 10213 my needs, and eventually a technician - really great and knowledgeable person - spent three-and-a-half hours at my office doing .... nothing! Because the aforementioned Leigham, the Lead Associate at Inbound Sales, had no clue that my requirements could not be met. And he is not allowed to give me the name of his supervisor. Yeah, right! I AM APPALLED.
