Telkom - ****py service and no feedback

I have had a site with no service for over a Month. The Telkom account manager does not answer his phone and does not consistently reply to emails. Quite frankly the service is pathetic. It is such a pitty that you have the monopoly in SA, otherwise you would be out quicker that you can fix the line issue.
