Telkom - **** service

I just had a **** experience with Telkom. Their customer service is up to ****! I am trying to change my contract package within the 7 working days of a new contract, they are giving my some bull**** on reference numbers, etc. When i called yesterday they told me that their system is down so how the hell could they provide me with a reference number. I have all the names that i have spoken too and still they want to charge me R800 cancellation fee. I am taking this matter further for sure!
