Telkom ****

So Telkom just canceled my order without me knowing... And here i am waiting for my order for weeks now.. And when i call them to hear how far they are i must hear do you want to make another order.. Which means i must do the whole process all over again... This is **** service....And the best part is that the shop say the order is still on.. But customer service say it's canceled
