Telkom cradlestone mall

Telkom cradlestone mall branch is so unprofessional. I went to take out a contract, the consultant checked on the system and confirmed the device availability, he took all my paper work and captured everything for 30 mins.. Then he went to get the device, but to my surprise him and the manager came out saying the device was reserved for someone else and no other stock.. So unprofessional wasting time.. Telkom needs to provide training to consultants and managers reserving is BS especially if theres a walk in customer and device is showing availability.
