TELKOM CRADLE STONE HELLLLOOOO

Cradle Stone branch Telkom. I had to wait 1:30 hours for assistance because the only 3 guys trained to do contracts took lunch. 10:00 - 11:30. Then the system was off. Till now I dont know If it was done. Because the landlines was taken out in the shop. YES they dont have a landline “business line” Because staff abuse the telephone. Everyone there seems to make a joke of everything. There was only one lady behind the counter trying to assist. Even the assistant manager didn’t make any effort to help cliënts. Pathetic company.
