Telkom coverage

#BlackFriday I had no issues with Telkom until this year....there is coverage issues in my area. I have been complaining for the last few months. The issue gets resolved and then is back few weeks later! I have not moved for the past 12 years so Telkom obviously changed their towers or something without informing us.
