Telkom coverage

Telkom coverage is a disaster, at home I used to have a great coverage with no hassle for years. But now I can't even take a call in the house have to go outside all the The times even internet is super slow. Called helpline and they told me their technicians are busy with it...but for how long? It's been months already...im really fed up with telkom!!! It used to be the best but now thumbs down! I think is time I jump the boat.
