Telkom Courier delivery, Rude Courier package STILL not delivered

I am extremely frustrated, Telkom phones me continuously to upgrade on my contract, I accept and they advise that they will have it delivered to my office, I requested on sales call that it be delivered to my office before 14h00, as that is the time that I leave, the courier company phoned me on Tuesday at 15h00 to deliver, I told him (Mavuso) that I requested the package to be delivered before 14:00, he was so rude to me and put down the phone, I have tried to call back many times, and have just received the second notification to say unable to deliver, nobody called again. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE ASSIST ME! I am beyond frustrated!
