Telkom could care less about Cancer patients

I accidentally bought the wrong prepaid package from Telkom and now they won't change it for me to the one I desperately need. Given that I lost my job in 2017 and needed this Telkom package to talk to my family about my life threatening disease I thought that Telkom would care enough. I am ashamed to say that Telkom does not care about me, their contractual client.
