Telkom Cornubia - Pathetic Service

Existing LTE contract holder. Proceeded to Cornubia store to query contract benefits in Feb 2020. Informed by staff that contract would continue month to month with no need to worry as benefits would remain as is. March comes an we discover our offer was discontinued. I go back to the store to try to resolve the issue as it is imperative I have LTE coverage. Told no they cant help by a very disinterested staff member and also that we need to come back at month end as the system cant do future dated requests. I needed to migrate to a higher package and yet Telkom Cornubia showed no interest in the business. Escalated to regional manager, Nizaam. He responds by disciplining his staff..... comes back to me with feedback but no viable solution or accountability for his staffs actions. Also received call from Rajan (not sure what his intent was). Provided with owners details, Aslam also no response after numerous calls..... Who is in charge that can provide a clear cut decisive plan of action to correct the wrongs that have taken place. I dont want freebies, just what i pay for. Multiple contracts with Telkom... Not the service I expected.
