Telkom contravening the popi act!!

Good day

My account is in arrears by R181 rand but telkom tries to debit this amount plus my normal debit due before my normal debit order date?

How does this happen and who signed for this debit order date?

The arrears amount is not supposed to debit together with my instalment due end of month!!

Now who is going to cover the penalty fees of this debit order that bounced??

Just because i am in arrears then i must get debited of my normal amount due before the due date??!
