Telkom contravening the FAIS Act

I have had endless issues with Telkom for as long as I can remember being with them. This year has been the worst, from speaking to *********** advisers who tell you different things when you call, telling you that you cannot speak to their Team Managers because of the POPI act, or that they do not have an internal complaints department when Telkom is FSP. This entire year they have Atleast made R7200 profit of robbing me. I am so unhappy with you guys. Your pricing is affordable but then when you take a contract it’s always account/debiting issues. The advisors lie all the time, one minute they don’t have a Head Office and the next they do. Terms and Conditions with them are constantly changing and I think it’s a bunch of *******. If someone does not get back to me within this week, I will be taking you guys to the Ombudsman for contractual breach.
