Telkom Contracts Suck

Telkom is the worst mobile network ever, I took out a contract for a phone and I am having endless problems with them with regards to the way they do their billing. I pulled all my statements from May 2019 up to date, They are confusing me with all this mumbo jumbo mouth full of things that doesn't make sense just to avoid them being in the wrong. I refuse to pay the money because every month my invoice is double plus double the excuses. Please I advise any and everyone to not deal with Telkom for anything.
