Telkom Contracts - NOGO

On Friday the 5th of Sept - I was at Telkom Key west - to apply for a contract - everything wasin order - until they had to go and fetch the phone. Then they did not have a Black Huawei Y13 - they then had to cancell the order - and make it for a green one. Then all of a sudden - it was a problem - and Telkom Head Office had to get involved - because it showed as a *****elent transaction. I have not received the contract phone as yet - and I am not getting answers from the branch
