Telkom Contracts Nightmares.

Telkom management or Supervisors I would like to know why it is so difficult to get a contract deal at your shops ever since I worked if I go to telkom shop to open a contract it will decline but I go online it is approved. 2 years ago I app**** for a cellphone contract, declined, then following year declined again and I decided to buy the phone cash because I really needed it but it is not an easy decision to buy an over R30k phone cash but I did. I had a telkom data sim only contract(got online) and I was interested to activate multi sim which cost R10 each added sim I wanted 2, then I visited the shop I app**** for open line because they said I was on topup, then 3 days later they phoned I was declined, then I decided to close the account, they asked the reason I told the agent that I need more sims to be linked my contract, I was not approved she checked the contract was an open services, confused I asked myself did the lady from West Street **** or my line was always an open service the lady failed to add more sims but I closed it anyway. Last week I went to telkom Pinetown brach I tried to open data sim contarct open line, declined again, the lady suggested I go to Cell C because she also could not understand why I was declined, my credit score is 805, My net pay is more than enough because the contract was R249 to R349 topup and and I'm not sure how much the spend limit for an open line. I am still confused please let me know your instore criteria to open an contract account because it is different from online. Last part of my frustration I checked the credit bereau the account I closed 6 months ago still reflects as Paid Up account not closed, could this the reason of the failed contract application I need know before I decide to stop torturing myself with Telkom contracts.
