Telkom Contracts

I just had to pay more than a R1000.00 for a contract that ended in last year. Telkom decided to debit my account on a month to month without asking me if I wanted to continue with contract. I think the NCA must look into the contracts set up by Telkom. Bad service. They should notify clients when contracts ends.
