Telkom contracts

I am A.Mlobeli hv taken a 24months contract phone at telkom last yr July 2018.....nd thn decided to pay it off in September 2019....nd to continue receiving d benefits.....nd tht did not happen... By end of September my number ws blocked.....nd whn I went to a telkom store thy had to recycle my number... Thn told me d contract benefits won't be continuing nd my Sim went to prepaid......I did nt cancel the contract I paid it off.....to continue receiving d benefits.....nd thts hw I ws treated.... Till to date am on prepaid.....
