Telkom contracts are worse

Good day.. Im very disappointed with Telkom mobile. I took 3 contracts with them. One was due for an upgrade but I decided not to upgrade. I asked Telkom to cancel this one contract for me. They refused and told me to do it online. Which means I should use my own data and money to cancel this contract. How can they not be able to do it I store. What if technology is not my thing and I struggle. That means I will have a contract for life. When they open it it's easy, no such thing as go online to buy it. Im Deeply disappointed. Now even their network sticks in most places.
